This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased on novasidera.top. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. By purchasing, you also agree to our Terms of Service.
Website SEO/GEO Audit Report (€50)
This product is a digital deliverable (PDF audit report) plus an optional 30-minute review call.
- Before delivery: Full refund if you cancel before we begin work on your report (within 24 hours of purchase).
- After delivery: No refund once the PDF report has been sent, as the digital product has been fully delivered.
- Review call: The included call is supplementary. Missing the call does not entitle you to a refund if the report was delivered.
- Credit: The €50 fee is credited toward any Nova Sidera development project started within 90 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email ask@novasidera.top with your Paddle transaction ID and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Custom projects and consulting
Fixed-scope projects, Time & Materials, and retainer agreements follow the refund and cancellation terms in the project contract or statement of work signed before work begins.
