Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of novasidera.top ("the Site") and purchases of digital products or services offered by Nova Sidera ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Nova Sidera is an IT consulting and software development company based in Montenegro, serving clients in the EU and Western Balkans. Contact: ask@novasidera.top.

2. Services

We provide:

• Custom software development (web, mobile, integrations).
• IT consulting, audits, and technical advisory.
• Digital products sold online, including the Website SEO/GEO Audit Report (PDF deliverable plus an optional review call).

Scope, timeline, and pricing for bespoke projects are defined in a separate statement of work or contract agreed before work begins.

3. Digital products and payments

Digital products on the Site (including the SEO/GEO Audit Report) are sold through Paddle.com, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle processes payment, tax, and invoicing on our behalf.

• Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
• By completing checkout you confirm that your information is accurate and that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
• After payment you may receive delivery instructions by email and, where applicable, a link to book a review call via Cal.com.

4. Delivery of digital products

For the Website SEO/GEO Audit Report:

• We deliver a PDF report to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 5 business days.
• The optional 30-minute review call is scheduled separately after purchase; attendance is not required to receive the report.
• The €50 purchase price may be credited toward a Nova Sidera development project started within 90 days, as described on the product page.

5. Refunds

Refunds for digital products follow our Refund Policy. Refund requests must be sent to ask@novasidera.top with your Paddle transaction ID.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to submit false information.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site beyond normal browsing.
• Resell or redistribute our digital deliverables without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create for you under a paid contract are governed by the applicable project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work product is licensed or assigned as specified in your statement of work.

Portfolio case studies and open descriptions on the Site remain our property or that of the respective rights holders.

8. Disclaimers

Consulting outputs (including SEO/GEO audits) are professional opinions based on information available at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nova Sidera's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site or a digital product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer rights under mandatory laws of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
